These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and enrolment in classes offered by Raj Swimming Classes & Aqua Therapy. By using this website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms below.

1. Website Use

This website is provided for general information about our swimming and aqua therapy programs, to enable enquiries, careers applications, and enrolment-related communication. Content on this site, including images and text, belongs to Raj Swimming Classes & Aqua Therapy and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Class Enrolment

  • Class schedules should be planned on a weekly basis.
  • Fees are payable on a monthly basis. Fees once paid cannot be refunded, swapped, or transferred under any circumstances.
  • As classes take place in water, there is a common possibility of minor cold or cough; consistent attendance and a proper diet generally help build resistance over time.
  • In case of rain, please call to confirm class timing before leaving.
  • Please avoid calling coaches immediately before a class is due to start.
  • Our WhatsApp groups are used only for communicating emergency leave or a change in class timing from the coach's side.
  • If a coach is unable to take your call, please leave a voice message or a WhatsApp message.

3. Careers & Applications

By submitting a career application through this website, you confirm that the information and documents provided are accurate and belong to you. Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in the operation of our programs and facilities, participation in swimming and aqua therapy activities carries inherent risk. Parents/guardians and participants are encouraged to disclose relevant medical information to our coaching staff prior to enrolment.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
